Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Primary School
Location: Bispham
Contract: Full-time, Temporary
Start Date: After February Half Term 2026
Teaching Personnel are looking for an experienced HLTA to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Bispham. This role involves working across all year groups (Year 1 – Year 6), providing high-quality support and delivering lessons when required.
The Role:
* Support teaching and learning across the school.
* Deliver planned lessons to whole classes in the absence of the teacher.
* Work closely with teachers and senior leaders to raise attainment.
* Provide targeted interventions for pupils where needed.
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
* Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
* Ability to work across multiple year groups confidently.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
