What you will be doing
as Brand Manager
Brand Strategy –
1. Work with the Research team and external agencies to conduct brand and market research activities.
2. Translate research to insights, to support the creation of compelling campaign briefs.
Be a Brand Champion -
3. Manage brand guidelines, assets, identity, and policies to ensure all content is visually and verbally consistent and engaging, across all Thames Water sites and customer facing channels.
Brand Communications -
4. Create relevant and engaging communication assets and tools, to enable colleagues to deliver effective communications.
5. Plan, organise and produce brand photoshoots.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop engaging and on-brand communications across various customer touch points.
Location - Hybrid, Reading
What you should bring to the role
7. Substantial experience in brand management and insights.
8. Creative flair with a strong visual sense.
9. Strong attention to detail and reliable to complete work to quality and timescales.
10. A vocal brand advocate, passionate about the brand and determination to deliver the most effective results.
11. Great at engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders. A self starter who can proactively make connections and get involved.
12. Organised, resilient and adaptable.
13. Someone who can take an idea and make it into a reality, advising and working with colleagues to give ideas an identity.
