Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for a dedicated and adaptable teacher to join a specialist alternative provision within a Southsea-based secondary school. This full-time supply role offers the opportunity to deliver functional English, Maths, and Science to KS3 and KS4 students who benefit from a tailored and supportive learning environment. About the Role: As an Alternative Provision Teacher, you'll be part of a committed team focused on helping young people re-engage with education. You'll deliver structured, accessible lessons that build essential skills, confidence, and independence-while adapting your approach to meet a range of learning needs. This position is initially offered on a supply basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. Should the role become permanent, the pay rate would be adjusted in line with the national teacher pay scale.
