This is a standout opportunity to join a well-established, fast-growing cabling and accessories business that's investing heavily in the UK. A newly created role, this position puts you right at the heart of the sales engine - shaping culture, driving performance and accelerating growth.
The Role
As Internal Sales Team Manager, you'll take ownership of a team of 10 internal sales professionals and transform how they sell. Moving the team from reactive quoting over the phone to proactive, consultative selling, with more emphasis on widening market share, cold calling new opportunities and creating a sales contact plan. Part of you role will to be supporting and driving the sales team to work to daily and weekly sales KPIS, increase wallet share withing customers, re-activate dormant accounts and create a buddy system with the external team.
You'll be highly visible within the business, setting the pace in the office, driving KPIs, coaching performance and acting as the vital link between internal and external sales teams. This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy and influence.

About You
1. A proven sales leader with experience managing internal and/or external sales teams
2. Confident driving change, improving sales processes and raising performance
3. Commercially sharp, organised and comfortable presenting figures to senior leadership
4. A branch manager from electrical wholesale, cabling or lighting is ideal, but strong interal sales managers/team leaders from other sectors will be considered
5. Professional, positive and motivational leadership style
6. Full, clean UK driving licence
Package
£50-55k basic salary + 20% bonus + car allowance
22 days holiday + pension + healthcare
