Civil Infrastructure Technician – Leeds - £25k-£35K DOE plus excellent benefits A leading and forward-thinking engineering consultancy is currently looking for a Civil Infrastructure Technician to join their growing team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience to contribute to a wide range of civil engineering projects, particularly in drainage design and related infrastructure work. The successful Civil Infrastructure Technician will work on a variety of development and infrastructure projects, taking projects from initial design through to construction. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to develop your technical and project coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare plans and drawings from concept through to construction stage * Produce detailed design drawings for technical approvals and construction * Use AutoCAD and/or Civils 3D software to carry out infrastructure design * Maintain and manage incoming/outgoing documentation * Support project teams with drainage designs and related works Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience * Experience using AutoCAD, WinDes MicroDrainage, and Civils 3D * Strong background in drainage design is essential * Experience in earthworks and highways is desirable * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary consultancy * Strong technical and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Full UK driving licence required * Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills * A proactive and adaptable approach to work * Commitment to learning and career development This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career with a respected and supportive consultancy that values professional growth and innovation.
