Job role: Project Administrator

What will the role look like?
* Greeting internal and external guests, ensuring the sign in process is adhered too.
* Typing memos, action logs, event invitations, photocopying and faxing where required and ensure all are carried out in accordance with company guidelines.
* Manage and maintain an effective filing system, ensuring that filing is completed on a regular basis.
* Responding to queries from internal and external customers and screen calls.
* Responsible for meeting arrangements and room bookings.
* Build and maintain effective and productive relationships with external suppliers.
* General support to the office - consumables, maintenance & signage.
