What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
* Supporting students to remain engaged and motivated during lessons
* Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Encouraging academic progress and confidence in learning
* Gaining experience across a variety of subjects and year groups

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
