Full Time | Permanent | Mon–Fri 9am–6pm | Alternate Saturdays 10am–4pm
Up to £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE up to £90,000)

Senior Creative Designer
to join their talented and passionate team.
This is a standout opportunity for a confident and driven designer who thrives on bringing luxury interiors to life and is motivated by achieving high-value sales within a supportive and design-led environment.
As a Senior Creative Designer, you'll be:
Meeting clients in a beautifully presented showroom, guiding them through their dream kitchen journey
Designing high-end kitchen concepts tailored to individual lifestyles and tastes
Managing projects from concept through to completion, including site prep and client liaison
Working closely with the wider team to deliver a seamless client experience
Generating new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing client relationships
What we’re looking for:
A minimum 2–3 years' experience in kitchen design and sales
A
proven sales track record
in a target-driven environment
Strong
creative and technical design skills
, with accurate quoting
A consultative approach to client service and strong negotiation skills
Confident handling of project challenges or on-site issues
Ambition to grow within a luxury, high-performance environment
Desirable Technical Knowledge
CAD software (ArtiCAD experience highly beneficial)
Photoshop
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and internal systems
