Key Holder / Retail Assistant - Ashford, Kent

The rewards

• £14.00 per hour

Hours

• Temporary — various shifts available across June and July
• Shifts range from 10:00am–7:00pm and 11:00am–8:00pm

The role of Key Holder / Retail Assistant:

• Open and close the store, ensuring all security protocols are followed
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all shoppers
• Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
• Maintain store presentation, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are attractive
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment

The ideal Key Holder / Retail Assistant:

• Previous experience as a keyholder or in a similar retail role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts
