We have an excellent opportunity for a Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead and manage the team at a successful small animal practice near the City of Lincoln area, Lincolnshire
* excellent full time opportunity including some Saturdays on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH.
* practice is purpose built with the latest state of the art equipment
* exciting opportunity for either a Head Vet looking for change or an experienced or senior Vet looking to step up.
* you will need strong experience in practice and to be able to lead, mentor and manage a team.
* role requires you to be comfortable with sole charge.
* specific interests are encouraged and post graduate qualification or certificate supported
* this is a key role in a small, friendly team you will join 1 other Vet who is currently studying for a certificate in advanced surgery
* CPD allowance and certification encouraged and fully funded.
* Well located in North Lincolnshire area with great local amenities, an easy commute with bus links and nearby train station and just a short drive to the coast.
Person Requirements
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
* Registered with the RCVS
* either a Head Vet looking for change or experienced or senior Vet to step up
* able to lead, mentor and manage a team.

* Salary offered to £85,000.00 per annum (subject to experience)
