The Role
As an Account Director, you will lead client relationships, inspire teams, foster innovation, and orchestrate impactful campaigns. Your role involves ensuring unified strategies, overseeing execution, and maintaining seamless delivery. You will drive growth, promote a culture of agility and innovation, monitor campaign outcomes through data analysis, and shape the trajectory of client success, reinforcing Ogilvy's position as a global creative leader.
The Client
Our client is a leading global payment technology company expanding into new services like digital identity and embedding services into apps. Your work will include B2B and B2B2C marketing, product propositions, sales enablement, go-to-market plans, and digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards for agency work, attention to detail, and creative exploration.
* Encourage innovative thinking and stay updated on industry trends.
* Align client perspectives with agency profitability and promote diversity and inclusivity.
* Provide strategic counsel, craft compelling presentations, and keep the team informed.
* Act as a brand ambassador and optimize operational processes.
Requirements
* Drive strategic and creative excellence in campaigns.
* Oversee planning, execution, and optimization across platforms.
* Manage budgets, leverage data analytics, and adapt strategies for local markets.
* Deliver engaging presentations and ensure campaign quality.
* Apply experience in B2B or financial services and demonstrate key strategic thinking skills.
