Your Responsibilities of SEN Teaching Assistant : Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN. Assist in planning and delivering activities that meet individual learning needs. Track and record progress, feeding back to teachers and parents as needed. Adapt resources and teaching approaches to ensure accessibility for all pupils. Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) : CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare/Teaching Assistance, or equivalent qualification. Previous experience working with children, ideally within an SEN setting. Understanding of strategies for supporting pupils with additional needs. Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
