Purpose of Role
We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team based in Frimley, supporting our team working on our Defence contract.
Job Description
As an Administrator, you’ll provide key administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be part of a team delivering vital services in a secure and fast-paced environment, working closely with contract managers, engineers, and the wider facilities team.
Responsibilities
1. Provide general administrative support to the site and management team.
2. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including compliance reports, service records, and work orders.
3. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
4. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and delivery of services.
5. Assist with procurement and invoice processing using relevant systems.
6. Support health and safety compliance and site audits by maintaining up-to-date documentation.
7. Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing queries appropriately.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
8. Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within facilities management or a similar operational environment.
9. High level of organisation and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Familiarity with CAFM system is desirable
