At the Caribe Royale, we are extremely excited about the expansion of the Grand Caribe Convention Center, the complete renovation of all 1,335 suites and villas, and a new lobby creating a new “arrival experience”. Responsibilities:
1. Essential functions include: Being attentive, friendly and helpful to our guests, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, brushing, scrubbing, polishing decorations, appliances and structural surfaces such as walls, wall fixtures, windows, vents, furniture, etc.; cleaning showers, tubs, sinks, toilets and bathroom items; making beds according to hotel standards; removing used guest items and trash; replenishing guest amenities and supplies; inspecting suites and villas for safety, for operating condition of equipment and for damaged linens; maintaining storage and carts cleaned and organized; recording suite status on assignment sheets; proving information to guests about hotel services, facilities and other amenities; preparing suites for guest arrival and ensuring that every villa/suite cleaned is complete with all amenities and supplies prior to releasing it as vacant and inspected room.
2. Greets guests immediately with friendly and sincere acknowledgment.
3. Cleans all assigned suites in compliance with the hotel standards of quality and productivity.
4. Uses cleaning products and equipment to set standards.
5. Inspect all assigned rooms for pests.
6. Completes all assigned projects.
7. Complete general cleaning and VIP room cleaning as assigned.
8. Reports all maintenance issues, damaged or missing property.
9. Maintains a clean and organized cart and work area.
10. Cleans and returns equipment to assigned storage area.
11. Adheres to recycling program.
12. Inspects own suites/villas and punches VI on the telephone after cleaning.
13. Picks up Fiji water from Manager and reports all suites/villas that have departed to the Manager at specified time.
14. Waits until 4pm to re-check and clean any suites/villas with DND.
15. Notifies the Manager when leaving work area.
16. Villa Suite Attendant performs houseman duties as required.

18. Responsible for cleaning/re-cleaning early outs/transfer suites/villas.
19. Report any suspicious activity to Security.
20. Ensures that radio and telephone etiquette is followed.
21. Promptly returns all loss and found items.
22. Follows key control policy.
23. Displays a professional image at all times through appearance, dress and conduct and follows uniform standards.
24. Maintains and adheres to our company values.
25. Upholds and follows company’s policies and procedures.
26. Follows all safety standards such as Hazardous Communications, Blood borne Pathogens, Fire Safety, Proper Lifting Techniques, and Housekeeping Safety.
27. Other duties as assigned by management.
