Salary: £24,500 - 26,000 dependent on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, Hybrid (3/4 days in the office)

Prepare cashbooks and reconciliations on behalf of clients
Assist with internal financial analysis and profitability processes
Assist with generating and sending client invoices
Responsible for coding of AP invoices
Responsible for ensuring billing information is collected in a timely manner across the business for month end client invoicing
To liaise with clients Finance Departments either verbally or by writing, and attend meetings, as required
Work with wider finance team on ad hoc projects
To liaise with outside agencies
* Good knowledge of Excel - xlookups, pivot tables, sumifs
* Must be highly organised and have effective communication skills
* Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of information, written or spoken, with regards to all financial matters
* The ability to work as part of a team as well as an individual and have a "can do" attitude
* AAT qualified or qualified experience
