Civil Litigation Solicitor – Locum, 3+ PQE, Devon, c. £50 per hour, hybrid/remote. A reputable and forward-thinking law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join on temporary basis to assist with an increased caseload.
OVERVIEW:
• The firm is seeking an experienced locum solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in civil litigation to support a growing volume of work
• Handling a diverse caseload of general civil litigation matters, including property disputes contract disputes, debt recovery, and probate
• You will be expected to manage your caseload independently and be able to hit the ground running
• This role will be accompanied by secretarial/ administrative support
• Strong client care skills and the ability to deliver high-quality legal advice are essential
• This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with the possibility of being fully remote for the right candidate
• Full-time or part-time working arrangements will be considered
