Registered Manager - Family Assessment Centre?? Location: Littlehampton
?? Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + Relocation package available for the right candidate

Your role
* Provide clear vision and strategic direction for the service.
* Ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for families.
* Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team including social workers, clinicians, and residential care workers.
* Oversee assessments and interventions to support positive outcomes for families.
* Manage budgets effectively and drive financial performance.
* Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
About you
* Extensive experience of working with adults/children/families
* Social Work Qualified
* Proven track record of managing Ofsted registered services
* Experience of improving or maintaining high levels of delivery and outcomes for service users
* A level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (achieved after January 2011).
* A proven track record of experience within a similar setting
* Good knowledge of Safeguarding procedures and relevant Regulatory Body regulations
* Experience supervising and managing professional staff
* Evidence of Continuous professional/ management development
* Proven experience of managing budgets effectively ensuring cost efficiency
