We provide placements for young people who live in South Gloucestershire but are unable to attend mainstream school for a short period, or who are waiting for long term specialist placements to be found for them. This is an incredibly rewarding place to work and we are looking for a receptionist who shares our passion for working tirelessly to improve the life chances for some of the most vulnerable young people across South Gloucestershire and Bristol.**Role overview:**As a receptionist, you'll play a key role in positively influencing the lives of our students and their families. In collaboration with the Office Manager, you will:* Help create a warm and welcoming environment for students, families, staff, and visitors.* Provide a comprehensive reception service including answering phones, making calls, emails and managing general enquiries efficiently, contributing to the smooth and effective functioning of the school.* Provide high quality administrative support, including maintaining records, organising meetings, supporting with interview days and handling confidential information.**What we’re looking for:*** Strong organisational skills and attention to detail* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and patient approach* Experience in an administrative or receptionist role (experience in a school setting is an advantage but not essential)* Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (experience with school-specific software such as Arbor is a plus)* A friendly and professional manner, with the ability to work in a team and use initiative.Meaningful role making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.* Competitive salary and benefits package.* We are a positive and energetic team that values support and collaboration.* You will contribute to the growth and development of a new expanding school.* You will work in a purpose-built provision with specialist facilities.* You will receive a comprehensive programme of induction, training and support.* Most importantly, you will gain memorable experiences of supporting pupils to learn and develop their independence and self-confidence.If you are enthusiastic, organised, and ready to be part of a team that truly makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you.**Closing date: Thurs 16th Oct****Interview date: Thurs 23rd Oct**### Attachments### Safeguarding Statement:Enable Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
