Location: West London. Brigade size: 15. 120+ covers. Weekly sales averaging GBP 50K–GBP 65K. High volume and branded menu, fast paced. Part of an award-winning UK group.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Manage day-to-day kitchen operations to deliver consistent quality and service within brand standards.
* Oversee ordering, stock control, cost management, and back-of-house administration.
* Collaborate with the group to maintain systems and processes for procurement, inventory, and compliance.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in casual dining at high volume.
* Experience managing large teams and achieving ~GBP 50K weekly sales.
* Strong people skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
* Understanding of group systems, ordering, stock management, and back-of-house administration.
