💷 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (increasing to £12.50 based on performance)
📅 Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month)
About the Role:
Industrious Recruitment is hiring Warehouse Operators for a fast-paced and friendly warehouse based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. This is a full-time, hands-on position ideal for individuals who are hard-working, reliable, and physically fit. There is potential for a pay increase to £12.50 per hour based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing products accurately
*
Loading and unloading deliveries
*
Manual handling of stock
*
Stock replenishment and rotation
*
Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organised
*
Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily targets
*
Following all health and safety procedures on site
Requirements:
*
Previous warehouse or similar manual handling experience preferred
*
Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving stock
*
Strong attention to detail
*
Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
*
Able to work two Saturdays per month
*
Good communication skills and team spirit
