The Recruitment Crowd is expanding, and we are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our temporary agency workforce.
This is agency-based work, providing staffing cover across a range of UK healthcare and residential care settings. Please note: this is not a permanent or full-time position, and hours are not guaranteed. This opportunity is best suited to professionals who understand and value the flexibility of agency work.

Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)
To be considered, you must have:
A minimum of 6 months paid experience in UK healthcare, gained within the UK
Experience working with adults in a healthcare or residential care setting
Applications without this experience will not be progressed.
The Role
As an Agency Healthcare Assistant, you will:
Deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred care
Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care needs
Assist in the delivery of engaging and meaningful activities
Follow established care plans and contribute to positive outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily records (medication, activities, incidents, progress)
Accompany service users to appointments and community activities
Work professionally across different teams and environments
What Were Looking For
Minimum 6 months UK healthcare experience (essential)
Experience working with adults and a range of needs, including learning disabilities
A compassionate, patient, and professional approach to care
Strong communication and record-keeping skills

UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable, not essential)
