About the Role
Our client is a growing professional services business seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support the continued development of its brand, marketing activity and market presence.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a professional services, accountancy, financial services, consultancy or wider B2B environment, who enjoys working across social media, content creation, events, exhibitions, brand awareness and wider marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
* Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, newsletters, brochures and other marketing materials.
* Help manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
* Support brand development, brand consistency and market recognition across all marketing activity.
* Assist with the organisation and coordination of exhibitions, conferences, networking events, seminars and client-facing activities.
* Create and update marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, client communications and promotional materials.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand key service areas, client audiences and commercial objectives.
* Support international marketing activity where required, helping position the business across relevant markets.
* Monitor campaign performance, social media engagement, market trends and competitor activity.
* Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, content quality and overall brand visibility.
* Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, professional and aligned with the company’s tone, brand and values.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience within a professional service or B2B environment and will be comfortable supporting a broad range of marketing activity.
You will be creative, organised and detail-focused, with strong written communication skills and the ability to produce polished marketing content. You should also be confident working with internal teams, managing multiple priorities and contributing ideas that help improve brand awareness and business growth.
Key Requirements
* Previous marketing experience within professional services, accountancy, financial services, consultancy or another B2B environment.
* Experience creating content for social media, websites, campaigns and client communications.
* Strong writing skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Good understanding of LinkedIn and other relevant digital marketing channels.
* Experience supporting exhibitions, events, conferences or networking activity.
* Understanding of brand growth, brand positioning and market visibility.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
* Confident working with internal stakeholders across the business.
* Creative, proactive and commercially aware.
* International marketing experience would be advantageous.
