Paralegal In-House (Asset Manager)
London | Hybrid | Full time-5 days per week (part- time 0.8,0.9 will be considered)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join a highly regarded real assets investment manager in London. This is a broad, fast-paced in-house role offering real ownership, senior exposure and the chance to help shape legal processes within a collaborative and entrepreneurial business.
The legal team supports the organisation and the funds it manages across a wide range of commercial, governance and operational matters, working closely with external advisers and internal stakeholders.
This role reports into Legal Counsel and works closely with senior stakeholders including the COO, company secretarial and compliance teams.
The role
This is a hands on position combining legal support, project coordination and legal operations. Candidates with a real estate or fund management background would be of particular interest.
Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts and NDAs
* Supporting onboarding of new suppliers and tender processes
* Drafting and updating internal policies and maintaining legal documentation
* Maintaining and improving legal precedents and guidance notes
* Supporting board and committee papers and governance processes
* Managing legal workstreams and tracking project deliverables
* Liaising directly with external law firms and professional advisers
* Supporting legal spend tracking, budgeting and reporting
* Helping implement new legal processes and tools
The role offers significant exposure and responsibility early on, with the opportunity to take ownership of key processes and workstreams.
About you
This role would suit a proactive and organised paralegal who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and taking ownership of their work.
You will likely have:
* Around 4+ years paralegal experience
* Experience reviewing commercial contracts and managing documentation
* Confidence drafting or updating internal policies and procedures
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills
* Experience liaising with senior stakeholders and external advisers
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach

* £55,000-£60,000 per annum salary
