PositionOverview:
We are seeking a highlymotivated creative forwardthinking and resultsdriven Sales andMarketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing strategic plans to drive sales increasebrand awareness and expand our customer base. (They operate withindependent brand names)
The candidate is alsoexpected to build the weddings business as we own many historicallyprominent properties suitable for weddings and other socialevents.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
* Deviseand execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies spanningdiverse business sectors encompassing hotel chains weddings CRM andother technological tools with the aim of achieving companyobjectives and revenue targets across all operationaldomains.
* Scout for fresh business prospectsforge partnerships and explore innovative avenues to amplify thecompanys market presence across all businessverticals.
* Lead and oversee the sales andmarketing team offering guidance training and assistance to ensurethe delivery across a variety of KPIs.
* Developand oversee marketing campaigns through various channels includingdigital print social media and events to effectively promote ourbrand and product offerings.
* Conduct thoroughanalysis of market trends competitor activities and customerfeedback to pinpoint growth opportunities and areas forenhancement.
* Cultivate and sustain robustrelationships with key clients partners and industry stakeholdersto drive sales and nurture enduringpartnerships.
* Collaborate closely with otherdepartments such as operations and finance to ensure alignment andseamless execution of sales and marketingstrategies.
* Compile and deliver regular reportson sales performance campaign updates and ROI to seniormanagement.
* Alongside other senior Managementdevelop and produce SOPs for both the sales and marketingdepartments where they relate to the customerjourney.
* Provide consistent updates ontargets.
Requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelorsdegree in marketing Business Administration Hospitality Managementor related field; MBA is a plus.
* Provenexperience (3 years) in sales and marketing roles within thehospitality industry demonstrating a track record of achievingsales targets and driving business growth.
(UK experiencepreferred)
* Strong leadership and managerialskills (setting up a process with a review structure is amust)
* Excellent communication negotiation andnetworking abilities.
* Indepth knowledge ofmarketing strategies and trends especially in the hospitalitysector.
* Proficiency in CRM software marketinganalytics tools and MS Office suite.
* Creativethinker with a strategic mindset and problemsolvingskills.
* Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddynamic environment and adapt to changingpriorities.
