Position Details
* Location: Highbridge
* Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
* Specific Hours: 38 hours per week
* Salary:
o Unqualified: Up to £32,375.89 (including sleep-in shifts)
o Qualified: Up to £33,640.53 (including sleep-in shifts)
Your Role
As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in our children's residential home, working with young people who exhibit challenging behavior. We’re looking for someone who is:

This is a permanent position with excellent career prospects and a comprehensive training program. You will work an average of 38 hours per week, following a 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, which includes 2 sleep-ins. Plus, enjoy generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime hours, and a performance-related bonus scheme!
Essential Skills
* Full manual driving license
* Ability to work independently with high accuracy
* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team player
* Capability to maintain clear and neat records
* Empathetic nature with excellent communication skills
* Ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience working with young people
* Willingness to work towards a fully funded Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People (or already qualified)
