You’ll be working with high-spec CNC lathes including Haas, Puma, Biglia, and Dainichi, within a business that values quality, continuous improvement, and long-term career development. The Role As a CNC Turner, you will play a key role in the manufacture of precision steering components, working to exacting quality and safety standards. Based at the company’s Coventry headquarters, you’ll operate on a rotating morning and afternoon shift pattern, taking ownership of setting, operating, and maintaining CNC turning machines. This role offers excellent stability, structured processes, and opportunities to upskill within a highly skilled engineering team.
