Love the pace of Amazon and the satisfaction of a perfectly-run operation? We’re hiring a sharp, energetic Sales Operations and Customer Service Team Leader to own the Amazon account and lead a high-performing service team across daily orderbook, delivery, and customer experience.
What you’ll do
1. Be the primary Amazon customer service lead and trusted operational partner.
2. Run and optimise orderbooks to hit customer requirements and business targets.
3. Lead, coach, and upskill the team — training, tools, performance reviews, KPIs.
4. Spot risks early: analyse orders, fix blockers, prevent delays, keep Amazon + Sales informed.
What you’ll bring
5. Amazon experience (essential) — you know how the machine works.
6. Confident people leader with urgency, positivity, and calm problem-solving.
7. Highly organised, detail-driven, commercially switched-on.
8. Strong Excel/MS Office skills.
