We’re working with a well-regarded Legal 500 law firm seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor/Associate to join its established firm, based in its Dorchester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a broad mix of high-quality corporate and commercial matters, while also playing a key role in growing the client base and supporting the continued success of the department. About you You’ll be an ambitious and proactive lawyer with strong interpersonal skills and a solid background in both corporate transactions and commercial contracts. Experience should include areas such as general commercial agreements, supply and distribution arrangements, franchise agreements, and terms and conditions. Strong business development and networking capabilities are essential, along with a commercial mindset and the ability to take a strategic, big-picture approach. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with experience in corporate or commercial law. Strong knowledge of contract law and drafting skills Excellent research, communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience with MS Office and legal case management systems Hybrid working on offer with career progression within a supportive, highly regarded team.
