Responsibilities
Operate tanker lorries in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Visiting commercial, domestic properties to deliver fuel.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transport.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
Skills
Proven experience as a Tanker Driver or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial driving practices.
ADR is essential
Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding safety protocols and vehicle maintenance.
Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
