TCF-LA-PF Infrastructure Adv : Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence Identified of deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues Conducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them Understanding transaction structure and basis it advised on structuring issues Qualification PG from a Tier 1 Institute with a focus on leading delivery of consulting projects in a professional services environment Strong financial acumen in terms of financial modelling/concepts (CFA preferred) Experience 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in an investment bank.
