Job Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilise computerised systems for scheduling and record-keeping
- Maintain an organised filing system for documents
- Type and distribute correspondence as needed
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist patients with basic hearing aid service and repair in addition to dealing with face to face queries
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone and face to face etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential
