Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the financial decision-making process within the organisation. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
* Assist in the preparation of audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
* Monitor cash flow and assist in managing accounts receivable and payable.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
* Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and filing of financial documents.
* Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a financial administration role or similar position.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Xero.
* A keen attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members across the organisation.
