The Role
Reporting to the Communications Program Manager, you will manage a variety of projects across Steatite as an end‑to‑end process, building excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders, and managing third‑party suppliers to ensure service levels meet project demands. You will:
* Lead complex, multi‑year communications projects from concept to delivery
* Manage risks, governance, quality assurance, and compliance requirements
* Oversee project dashboards, business reviews, and performance metrics
* Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and service management
About You
* Prince2 Practitioner or APM PMQ qualified, ideally with a technical or defence background
* Strong knowledge of ITIL4/ITSM, Service Level Agreements, and project delivery methodologies
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
* Ex‑Armed Forces experience is highly welcomed — we value the skills you bring
* Ability to obtain DV security clearance
