What the Role Looks Like

* Strengthen Client Relationships: Manage renewals, pricing, and retention while staying ahead of churn.
* Drive Upselling & Cross‑Selling: Identify opportunities and deliver meaningful proposals.
* Own Your Accounts: Lead business reviews, resolve challenges quickly, and align actions with client goals.
* Turn Leads into Wins: Partner with SDRs to convert qualified leads into long‑term partnerships.
* Strategise for Growth: Build tailored account plans, forecast accurately, and maintain a spotless CRM.
