Job description
A beautiful setting in Worcester are looking for a deputy manager to join their friendly team. This is a supernumerary role so you will not be regularly based in a base room.
Ideally looking for someone with previous leadership experience, excellent knowledge of the EYFS, good written and verbal communication and good people management skills.
Duties include being responsible for all base rooms, the children's care and development, mentoring and encouraging staff, building strong bonds with children and their families, supporting the manager in ensuring that policies are adhered to and health and safety regulations are upheld.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £13 gross per hour
