As a Digital Executive in our Marketing team, you will be:
Responsible for day-to-day management of in-market paid media:
1. In-market management of paid digital media campaigns across BEAR, nakd., Trek & KiddyliciousResponding to comments, handling direct messages, monitoring activity and keeping an eye on inappropriate comments or spam across paid campaigns.Via the access of the global business manager account, review weekly the performance and share with the Marketing Manager key highlights and deliverables.Support agency with influencers on BEAR, while being the lead on influencers across nakd., Trek and Kiddylicious and coordinating send outs in house Re-post UGC on social channels
2. Provide insightful monthly reports across relevant digital channels (social, website & CRM) to Brand teams with analytical recommendations.
3. Engagement with consumers / questions and comments
4. Social media planning in conjunction with external agencies – be the gate keeper between agency and brand team.
5. Support Lotus global marketing team as the in-market point of contact on brand websites.
6. Be a positive point of contact for the wider team, be ready to help out
Profile

7. A university degree 2.1 Ba (Hons) in a marketing related discipline
8. Minimum 2-years’ experience in a digital marketing-related role
9. Experienced in managing external agencies from social content calendars to developing social media strategies
10. Ability to analyse data, draw insights and produce monthly reports with clear actionable recommendations
11. Experience of working directly with influencers and negotiating deliverables
12. Strong language skills for newsletter, website and social media copywriting with excellent attention to detail
13. Comfortable with online interactions with consumers and followers for paid social media advertising
14. Ideally, some experiences with website management (e.g. WordPress), and social media, specifically Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
