We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and self‑motivated individual to the post of ICT Technician. The successful candidate must have a keen interest in providing first and second line ICT helpdesk support, assisting with hardware/software problems and technical support functions for Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks.
The successful candidate must have:
* NVQ Level 2 IT qualification (or equivalent) or working towards.
* GCSE grades A-C in English and Math.
* A proactive approach to providing a high degree of customer service for all support queries in a positive manner whilst adhering to all service management principles/Service Level Agreements.
* Recent experience of working within an IT and customer service environment.
