Isolation Room Co-ordinator Location: Rochdale Hours: 32.5 hours per week (term time only) 8.15am – 15.15pm Monday – Friday Salary: £21,293 - £23,481 per annum (starting scale point is dependent on experience) Start date: As soon as possible following a successful interview (upon receipt of satisfactory pre-employment checks) Purpose of the Role: As the Isolation Room Coordinator for our Educational client, you will manage the academy’s Isolation Room as a key part of the behaviour management system, helping to reduce repeat isolations and student exclusions. You will maintain high behaviour expectations and a focused working environment, supporting students’ academic progress and personal development during internal exclusion. You will be supported by behaviour managers, Heads of Year, and senior leaders, with teamwork playing a vital role in helping you carry out the job effectively.
