Location: Lancing, West Sussex (Bespoke complex needs service) Salary: £14.75 per hour (reviewed annually) Hours: 36 hours per week (Days) Contract: Permanent Requirement: Full UK driving licence (automatic accepted, held for 1 year) About the Role – Senior Support Worker (Complex Needs) We are recruiting a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our SDR Care team, supporting a young person with autism, a learning disability, and epilepsy in a bespoke 2:1 care setting. This is a leadership-focused role where you will not only deliver hands-on care but also mentor, guide, and support other Support Workers to ensure consistently high-quality, person-centred care. You will play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment that promotes independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes. The individual you will support enjoys: Outdoor adventures Music Water play Trampolining A full driving licence is essential, as you will be supporting community access and driving the service user’s vehicle.
