You will be responsible for: Establishing and growing a brand-new care service – from recruiting and training the first Care Professionals to building strong community relationships and developing the client base. Driving growth and quality – ensuring that as the service grows, it meets franchise standards, and our own reputation for excellence. Building a high-performing team culture – where Care Professionals feel supported, valued, and motivated to deliver outstanding care. Working closely with the owners - to develop and deliver a strategic plan that ensures the territory becomes the first-choice home care provider in the area.
