Gen Phoenix is revolutionising the materials industry by rescuing over 10,000 tonnes of leather waste and creating premium sustainable products trusted by global brands like Coach, Dr. Martens, and Daimler. As we scale rapidly, we need a detail-oriented QMS Administrator to maintain our world-class quality standards.
What you'll drive:
* Own and maintain our Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001)
* Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring seamless preparation and follow-up
* Manage document control processes, including procedures, work instructions, and specifications
* Support non-conformance management and corrective action processes
* Maintain calibration records and quality documentation systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Prepare quality reports and metrics for senior management
* Train employees on quality procedures and documentation requirements
* Support customer audits and compliance requirements

You bring:
* Experience in engineering, quality administration or a similar role within a manufacturing environment
* Knowledge of ISO management systems (9001, 14001 and 45001 desirable)
* Experienced internal auditor with experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, and control plans
* Proficiency in document control and quality management systems
* Excellent communication skills across all levels
* Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
* Computer literacy, including MS Office and quality management software
Location: Peterborough, UK Postcode PE7 3HH with travel between two manufacturing sites in Peterborough essential.
