Job description
We are seeking both full-time and part-time Nursing Auxiliary Workers to provide high-quality care to individuals with diverse needs in their own homes.
The role of an Auxiliary Worker can be varied, but essentially involves performing tasks similar to those of a close friend or family member, but in a trained, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
To succeed in this role, you must understand the needs of the service users and communicate effectively with them, their families, friends, and healthcare professionals.
The Person:
* You should be enthusiastic, reliable, committed, and outgoing.
* Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
* You need to be flexible and able to work alternate weekends.
* You must be a car driver with your own vehicle.
