The Opportunity: Parts Manager
Contract: Permanent
Location: Maidenhead, Neckar Forklifts
Salary: Up to £39,000

The Impact you will have:
* Providing excellent customer service to advise and sell parts to clients across the area and organising parts for the workshop / field service engineer teams
* Responsible for the selling of Parts across their equipment range, responsible for maintaining stock levels in the stores
* Undertaking inventory checks to make sure all parts ordered are delivered and are the correct parts needed
What will help you to excel in this role:
* Confident utilising a computerised parts system
* Experience of stock management, causal parts and following parts processes with attention to detail.
* Experience with handling warranty
* An effective communicator with commitment to provide excellent customer service.
* Organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative under pressure.
* The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team.
