Casual fine dining Mediterranean & Spanish cuisine, sharing concept dishes with bold flavours - 1* Michelin
Fresh ingredients and seasonal produce top notch suppliers (open fire, whole butchering on site, dry age meat, line caught fish)
Lunch and dinner up to 100 covers - open kitchen setting
Salary up to £38,000 - £39,000 per annum (according to experience)

The ideal Chef de Partie must be passionate and have a background in Michelin star restaurants and volume as the food is top quality but also operates very fast-paced in high volume kitchen setting.
