My client, a fast-growing beauty and home ware brand, is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to join their team. You'll play an active part in planning ranges, managing inventory, and supporting new product launches, while collaborating with global suppliers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working and a varied role that will allow you to grow your skills across multiple areas of the business. Main Duties & Responsibilities will include : Support range planning, time lines, and promotional activity, including pricing and allocations to retail partners Maintain product data, listings, order forms, and documentation (POs, invoices, shipping) Monitor sales and stock, creating reports and identifying opportunities to maximise performance Provide financial analysis and forecasts to guide commercial decisions Coordinate shipments with international factories and logistics partners, managing stock levels and reorders Deliver general administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Person Specification Previous experience in a similar retail/merchandising role (sector experience not essential, but an interest in beauty and homeware is a plus) Strong organisational, analytical, and numerical skills, with confidence using spreadsheets and data Ability to interpret sales and stock data, turning insights into practical actions Excellent communication skills, with confidence liaising with suppliers, factories, and partners A collaborative team player with the flexibility to support across merchandising, supply chain, and commercial functions This is a great chance to develop your career with a growing business, working closely with senior stakeholders and gaining broad exposure across the supply chain.
