Water Hygiene Manager
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £42,000 – £46,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
9. Oversee and coordinate all water hygiene operations across client sites
10. Provide support and guidance to engineers and ensure best practice standards are met
11. Respond promptly to client enquiries and maintain strong working relationships
12. Drive business growth and identify new commercial opportunities
13. Ensure compliance with LCA standards across all operations
14. Manage and maintain customer accounts effectively
15. Split role: approximately 70% office-based, 30% site-based
Requirements:
16. Proven experience in a Water Hygiene Manager or similar leadership role
17. Strong understanding of ACoP L8 and HSG 274 (Parts 1-3)
18. Legionella Awareness Training (essential)
19. Excellent account management and client-facing skills
20. Full UK driving licence and clean DBS
