We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Campus Marketing Manager to lead student-focused marketing initiatives across Europe, with a key focus on the UK. This role will be central to growing brand visibility within student communities through tailored campaigns, partnerships, and ambassador programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute regional campus marketing strategies to increase our presence among European student audiences.
* Build and expand university partnerships, focusing on the UK market.
* Plan and deliver creative campus campaigns that engage students and enhance brand visibility.
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of campus ambassadors for on-ground promotions.
* Analyze campaign performance, gather insights, and refine strategies based on data.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campus marketing with overall brand goals.
Qualifications:
* Experience in campus marketing, preferably within a consumer-facing brand.
* Ability to lead ambassador programmes or manage large-scale student initiatives.
* Understanding of the UK university landscape and student culture.
* Creative thinking with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Data-driven approach to evaluate campaign success and optimize strategies.
