Key Responsibilities
* Daily production of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
* Maintain consistency and quality in all baked products.
* Manage ingredient inventory, ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Collaborate with management to plan seasonal menus and special promotions.
* Maintain and troubleshoot baking equipment as needed.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Senior Baker in a commercial or artisan bakery.
* Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
* Creativity and innovation in developing new recipes and products.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
