The Opportunity
Position: Dispensing Optician
Location: Romford, Essex
Contract: Full-time
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic (depending on experience and qualifications)

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and professional dispensing services.
You should demonstrate:
* GOC registration as a Dispensing Optician
* Previous experience within an independent or multiple practice
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence in frame styling, lens dispensing, and complex prescriptions
* A patient-first approach with excellent attention to detail
* The ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit team
* Experience supporting clinical services such as myopia management or NHS pathways would be advantageous but is not essential.
