Experienced Commercial Account Handler
Location: Worcester City Centre
Salary: £30k - £35k (Dependent on Experience)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Were looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our thriving team in Worcester. In this key role, youll manage and develop a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert advice and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, across various sectors

* Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotes

* Liaising with insurers to secure competitive terms

* Accurate preparation and issuance of policy documentation

* Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations

* Supporting Account Executives administratively and technically

* Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling

* Building strong, trusted client relationships

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years commercial insurance handling experience

2. Strong knowledge of UK commercial insurance products

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

4. High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation
